Cookie policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Google Ads runs in advanced consent mode. Before you choose, and if you reject, it sends limited cookieless signals; advertising cookies, audiences and personalised ads remain disabled. Rejecting does not restrict the website.
1. Necessary storage
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
pov_privacidad_v1 (local storage) | Stores the version, date, expiry and your Advertising choice. It does not contain an advertising identifier. | 12 months, unless the purposes or providers change first. |
pov_historias_vistas (local storage) | Remembers which stories you have opened so their ring can be shown in grey. | Until you clear this website's browser data. |
pov_pista_globos (local storage) | Remembers that you closed the story hint so it is not shown again. | Until you clear this website's browser data. |
2. Google Ads and advanced consent mode
Google Tag Manager loads with advertising storage, user data and personalisation denied by default. Before you choose, and if you reject, Google Ads may receive limited cookieless signals to model aggregate results. We keep ad-click redaction enabled and URL passthrough disabled in that state. Only if you accept may Google use advertising cookies to measure conversions, attribute campaigns, build audiences and show personalised advertising. That full advertising use is based on your consent.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_gcl_* (cookies propias) | Google Ireland Limited | Stores advertising-click information to attribute visits, calls and enquiries to a Google Ads campaign. | Up to 90 days, subject to browser limits and the Google Ads configuration. |
_gcl_ls (almacenamiento local) | Google Ireland Limited | Stores advertising-click information used by conversion linking. | Until consent is withdrawn, site data is cleared or the associated advertising information expires. |
GCL_AW_P (googleadservices.com, doubleclick.net o google.com) | Google Ireland Limited | Stores partitioned advertising-click information for Google Ads attribution. | Up to 90 days. |
test_cookie (doubleclick.net) | Google Ireland Limited | Checks whether the browser supports cookies for advertising measurement. | Up to 15 minutes. |
Without acceptance, the cookieless signals may include the consent state, timestamp, page and referrer, browser or device information and a random number, but advertising cookies or device identifiers are not read or written. After acceptance, Google may also receive advertising identifiers and the conversion events described in the privacy policy and in Google's business data information.
3. Accepting, rejecting and changing your choice
The notice appears at the bottom and does not block the website. Accept and Reject are available in the same layer and each choice takes one action. Continuing to browse is not consent. You can reopen the panel at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer. If you reject, or later withdraw consent, advertising permissions remain denied and this website removes the first-party advertising cookies and local storage it can access. Google tags may continue to send the limited cookieless signals described above.
4. Other third-party actions and server logs
When you submit the contact form, the data is sent to Formspree; this is an action you initiate and is explained in the privacy policy. When you click WhatsApp, you leave this website and Meta's own rules apply. The server may create technical access logs needed for security and operation. Those records are not browser cookies and are covered by the privacy policy.
5. Contact
If you notice storage or a third-party resource that is not described here, please write to hola@povstudio.es so we can investigate it.
