2. Purpose
This website provides information about the services of POV Studio: social media management, photo and video content production, web design and development, website maintenance and hosting, advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, and collaborations with content creators. Access is free and does not require registration.
3. Terms of use
Users agree to use the website lawfully and not to use it for illegal activities or to damage the systems of the owner or of third parties. The owner may interrupt access to the website for technical or maintenance reasons without prior notice.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, code, trademarks, logos and images on this website belong to the owner or are used with the authorisation of their owners. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without written permission.
The photos, videos and other project materials are shown with permission from the relevant clients or rights holders. Identifiable people and third-party materials remain subject to the permissions and rights applicable in each project. Images generated with artificial intelligence are labelled where they appear. If you believe any material affects your rights, write to hola@povstudio.es so that we can review it.
5. Liability
The owner works to keep the information and service available and correct, but interruptions or unintentional errors may occur. Any liability will be determined under the applicable law. External links lead to services outside the owner's control and do not, by themselves, imply a commercial relationship or endorsement.
6. Data protection
The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
7. Applicable law
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's place of residence where the user is a consumer.
